This is your invitation to step into a nurturing online sanctuary — a space designed to help you unwind, reconnect with your inner self, and feel part of a like-minded community, all from the comfort of your own home.

Over four Thursday evenings, you’ll be gently guided through powerful yet simple practices to support your nervous system, open your heart, and quiet your mind.

  • 4 x 1-hour live sessions via google meet

  • Breathwork with certified coach Lisa Rance

  • Mindfulness mentoring with Michelle Noerianto

  • Tools and techniques you can take into your daily life

  • A safe and welcoming space to share or simply receive
